I too think this is one of the best songs ever written, and you're correct at the? most points! But, you don't have to search the song, it often pops up at the side list if you're watching a video that is similar to this song. And if someone doesn't like the song, so what? Would be kinda boring if everybody liked the same songs, styles and genres. The only thing which is really improtant (in my opinion), is that you can discuss about different genres without insulting each other.

My first 5 star song. This means cream of the cream- absolute best. Way back when I was 15? in 2001 this was the first song to really '"shake my reality" and helped define what it means when song goes above and beyond. I've heard many, many better songs since then so it doesn't have that same punch, but it's still one of the best songs. The best song by REM.

This song was also a B-side on the European singles of Losing My Religion 1991... I got a copy of it when I was 12. I wasn't into music yet, but both songs made such a big impression. To me, Fretless is the best of the two. Chilling, personal, angry, ambiguous lyrics... A reminder that once upon a time, Michael Stipe was the? best lyricist alive... But it didn't belong on Out of Time. Although it would arguably have been the best track (in competition with Feedback, Losing, Half a World)...

I will miss Andy Kaufman, he had a sense of humor that I totally got. Hardly anyone understood it, just like what everyone calls? my "warped sense of humor". Wish he was still around so he could see people did care about him and did get him.

I saw Andy Kaufman twice. Once at the California State Fair. He was doing a impromtu radio interview, when he and his girlfriend walked? up to the station that was broadcasting from the fair. He was talking in a heavy southern accent. The other time was about a block away from my home. I was driving and came to the stop sign. Andy staggered past my car to cross the street. I yelled, "Hey Andy!" He looked at me, waved, and kept on walking. Still blows me away.

I hope Andy got a break.? He was unique and could only face the craziness by being crazy. I believe He would be so unhappy with the changes in the past 20 years. If He were still alive now...maybe he would feel more alienated than ever. This day and age would surely oppress Andy inside. Individuals like him seem to be Rare and short lived. Great pics? of Andy Kaufman. I agree it makes you feel sad as he is gone. He was such a unique talent...I'll always remember seeing him do the Elvis routine on Saturday Night Live! He did some really crazy stuff too...like saying no woman could beat him in wrestling and then going on different shows to wrestle women! I don't think he meant to disrespect women though,I think it was just one of his crazy gimmicks. He was truly a brilliant comedian! We miss you Andy!
