No it cant be argued. it is a theory. theory is the closest thing to truth that science can come up with.? there are several laws involved in evolution. now if god himself comes down and says "ha you humans are funny, actually here is how i did it" then MANY theories would be "wrong" any premise change in any theory can wreck the whole thing, but the premise change YOU are talking about isnt even real. you are talking about "god did it" and that will never hold water.

It can? be argued that evolution does not qualify as a theory. A theory allows you to go back and make modifications when an error is discovered. This is not possible with evolution. The premise cant change or it ceases to be evolution.

That a DLC or expansion (maybe a standalone one) is going to be released is plain obvious. So now they can know? what the fans want and how they expect it to happen. I think you are going too fast with your conclusions. We don't even know if (our) universe is infinite or not. And if it's infinite, than there is 100% chance that exactly the same apple exists somewhere else, and not just that, even "copy" of entire our planet and all people on it could exist on infinite different places. So it's difficult to talk about probabilities when? there's so many unknown variables...

In no book has nature dictated that life must be a fact of the universe - it simply arises due to the random chance, the unpredictability of the universe. @TheGrisini - Science by its very nature cannot say anything on the existence or absence of a god. Science is about providing natural explanations for natural phenomena. The material world is used as a frame of reference as it is the only thing we have. EVERYTHING in science has to be testable + have the potential to be proven false. By? definition, a deity is beyond nature + is SUPERNATURAL. You can't test it or prove it true or false. As such the existence of god is simply not science.

@JP8940: Evolution - both macroevolution (on the genus level + higher) + microevolution (on the species level + below) have both been observed + PROVEN. Descent with modification uses a process of mutation then natural selection of advantageous characteristics. The ONLY difference between micro- and macro- evolution is one of time scales (shorter term vs millenia). If you accept that microevolution exists, then one wonders the logic of rejecting the same process? on a macroevolutionary scale.

They are not guesses or hunches, they are well-substantiated explanations for aspects of nature. Theories are built from laws, hypotheses + facts using? logic and reason.
