No matter what went on before this, the driver deserved to go to jail. The problem is - I think the cyclist was? riding like a dick at the RAB. If you look at the prior CCTV video that is around, making some assumptions on road layout, the bus was crossing the lanes as normal as the cyclist came up on the right. Certainly the beginning of the CCTV above is missing (the image is cropped) Erractic cycling by miles... embarrasment to the rest of us.

Here's another set of laws: laws of physics. Those laws point out the difference in the momentum of vulnerable cyclists and heavy motor vehicles, see how the "rights" change then. @raphael your comment frustrates me. The whole thing with these books is the freedom to add a sticker you like just because you like it.? Feeling like you have to contemplate every thing can be a lot of pressure for a beginner. And besides, it's a sped up video because who wants to watch the whole creative process in real time? While I think tool like the cool handy looking pen would be a welcome addition to the crafting aisle I think the general message this commercial is sending is dead wrong. Scrap booking and art journaling are not snappy grab it and glue it activities. They are meant to be slow, contemplative, and? personal. The personal aspect is most important. Have to agree with lots of other comments here. This idea is a good one but it? has been around for ages. I remember doing them myself in my teen years, even with just magazine cut outs. Too bad these big companies charge way too much for a great idea. Leave it to most moms and some dads to get more creative, use their resources wisely and make a "smash" book on a better budget. ;)
