Well the Basic plot of SHERLOCK HOLMES stuff(TV or Film) should always be tricky & intelligent crime solving triller!! While I love Robert Downey's SHERLOCK HOLMES, but it's just another fun Action Adventure film!! While this BBC drama with Cumberbatch as/in SHERLOCK is what SH stuff should be; tricky, Intelligent, trilling & anything else they want, could be action, or modern etc!! This one is just Perfect. If they could add a bit of Action,? & make it as a 2+ Hours film, it will surely be One

I see I'm not the first to say this, so I'll make it short and unexplained: I MUCH prefer Bennedict's Sherlock to the House character. And about the 10:12 rant from the guy on the left, I have something to add: I think the reason Sherlock hits jackpot on his assumptions is that he sees not one detail at a time, and spin a story from each solely; he sees several things, and adding all the information to the? same equation, he calculates the most probable solution that contains all these things.

I actually found Bennedict's Sherlock MUCH more likeable than House, because Sherlock is not portrayed as? being his prickly self out of cinicism and bitterness. He's a jerk, yes, but he doesn't MEAN to bea a jerk. House is a cinic, and mean for the sake of being mean. Sherlock is almost like a child, there's a digree of innocence behind his jerkassery, and I can see myself rooting for that guy. House ends up getting on my nerves. I adore Hugh Laurie, its just the way the character is portrayed.

I don't know what's going on here, I think both Benedict and Hugh are doing a great job and I love both of their characters. Both of them are kind of jerks but you just have to admire them? because they're so brilliant. And you constantly keep hoping for them to show their good and human side.

"I'd rather be around house" seriously? I can't stand House. I honestly would rather meet Sherlock, his character is just fascinating, the way? he acts and thinks, how mysterious he is. Meanwhile with House, its as though he has terminal man PMS. He's TOO much of a jerk for me to have sympathy for him. This isn't a fangirl this of 'who's hotter' Its a fan saying who they would rather be watching.
