Hi. Sorry for delayed response. This response mechanism is new to me. The historical event is "existing" in the sense that it? has occurred and is part of the past. But our knowledge of the event may have lots of gaps in it, in which case it may be an excellent topic for research. Only if we have no questions about a historical event should we consider it a weak topic.
