I actually use a program called Sibelius which allows me to write music on staves and it converts it to MIDI for me. I write the entire score out (which is what you hear in this vid) and then put the MIDI into Cubase, where my more realistic virtual instruments read? and play it.

I worked in California (the bay area has about 5 refineries) but we all trained at the fire science academy in Elko Nevada annually.I miss that oil money for sure!!! It was dangerous but we made $100k without? even really trying. During turnarounds (shutdown maintenance) we could make $20k in one or two months with OT. The good old days!

Fire can come from a leak in most any place, but especially in the reactor. Explosion can be from accident while working on it during a shutdown where? air gets in, and high temps still exist. Also, at the end of the run, since material is no longer boiling off and moderating the local temp, a pressure spike can occur right when maximum free H is present. It's dangerous.

Once the oxygen is consumed I guess one can start the pyrolysis process (heating). Thus CO2? would result and stay there in the reactor so no vacuum . I don't know if this is possible in practice. How do you purge oxygen with CO2? Do you use siphon cartridges

Thank you for your answer! I assume the explosion risk is associated with accumulated pressure while the fire hazard is associated with oxygen within the reactor.Is this correct? If so ,supervising the pressure inside the reactor should prevent any explosion risk. About the oxygen,I thought about leaving some space up in the reactor (above the plastic) and burning something (maybe some suspended paper) in that space just to consume? the oxygen..

I have not done run of PP yet. There are plenty of risks for explosion or fire, but the initial reaction tends to displace the oxygen well before the free hydrogen begins to evoke. That said, I now purge with CO2 at the beginning of the run and have? burst discs installed above the fluid top level to allow for a controlled release should an explosion occur.

Good Work. I have also built a refinery Tip: Add a gallon of distilled water ( rain water ) to the plastic chips and a little white lime or zeolite (about one cup full) Refineries call it catalitic cracking. This will make the oil come out more clear. The water steam will help push out the oil vapor and make the whole process much safer cus water steam is less flamable. It could then be run a little cooler also and use less fire? wood! Catalytic Hydropyrolysis - search it ! Best -curt

You can crack it again and get a more flammable liquid (one with more naptha compounds, and higher vapor pressure) but you will sacrifice total caloric content since you will overcrack and lose more of your HC that would be flared off. And make a more difficult to? handle/store compound.

you should add an intersection pipe where you can moddefy it like you can set it to: 30% of the blocks/liquid goes to the left, 20% goes to the front and 50% goes to the right, itll come in handy if you have to split a pipe to 2 or more destinations where one destination needs more blocks/liquid then the other? one. just a suggestion
