Just because they have a large amount of experience doesn't mean they're doing it right. McDonalds has been around forever and serves some of the worst food. You cannot work your "inner chest" as the? pec major is a group of continuous horizontal fibers running from your humerus to your sternum and clavicle. Watched this video and implemented elbow adjustment and bar lowering point along? with arching the lower back to adjust angle of press and all the pain went away....more power too! Word to the wise: You will also begin using new chest muscles you may not have been using. Go easy until they catch up to the rest of your chest. Overall I am more powerful now and pain free.

I can't thank you enough for this video! It would seem that I have been bench pressing with the wrong form for years. The top down video shots showed exactly what I was doing wrong. That explains the left shoulder issues that would come and go even with rotator cuff training. I tested your form out with my shoulders tucked back and I was shocked at how much better of a lift I had including how much more natural it felt. No more shoulder? strain with a better chest workout! You saved my shoulders!

I really can't justify buying this game because it looks a little too similar to Far Cry 2 (and I still love and play Far Cry 2 to this day). Plus, the knife animations look sweet (as expected), but the cover system is reminiscent of Gears of War. And guys, CoD is like Guitar Hero/Rock Band. They release a lot of similar games within a short time frame. People eventually get their heads out of their asses and realize it's a? money grab. They stop buying the games.
