Yes I like how we have our own dictionary and accent but nobody I know says "yinz". Pittsburgh is full of artsy diverse culture. Not people who get drunk and watch steeler games and say "yinz". When I was a youngster, school picnics were held at Kennywood. All the kids and their families would take a chartered train. The Kennywood terminal was at the bottom of a large hill. ? Each family would pack a picnic basket. Picnic tables were scarce at Kennywood, so there would be a mad scramble to get a table. Usually the oldest sibling would be given the chore of running up the hill ahead of everyone else to secure a table.

Well, I? will admit, the Steelers have a WAY more impressive history than the Ravens. However, history is history. What matters is what happened this season. And this season, the Ravens were the better team. What will happen next year, we will have to find out. But from what I've noticed, the Steelers fail to make the playoffs every 3 years. They did in 2003, 2006, 2009 and now here comes 2012. However, that's no guarantee that you won't make the playoffs. Like I said we'll just have to find out.

However when you compare the two teams? with only each other (the fairest way, and not including the rest of the league) the Steelers are the better team. Sure you outscored and swept us this year but that still didnt bring down any of our averages, which are better than the Ravens :)

Hit on Couturier was more suspension worthy than the little skate jump? on Giroux. Neal looked stupid leaving his skates on that one and Giroux's antics afterwards looked stupid too. Seemed okay on the empty netter. I think Neal was trying to transition into offense but I also think he saw an opportunity to "accidentally" on purpose hit Courtier similar to how Stekel (?sp?) "accidentally" concussed Crosby and how Charra didn't know where he was on the ice on his controversial hit last season.

So Torres is probably done for the rest of playoffs and Shaw gets 3 games for his hit on Smith. Now compare the Torres hit to the Neal hit and then the Shaw hit to? the Malkin cheap shot on Grossmann. Seemingly identical hits with the only difference being Hossa left on a stretcher and Smith acted like his headnalmost came off. Discipline even on those compariables? Not in the slightest!

Yes Neal deserved the suspension he got, but realize it wasn't for this hit. He got 1 game for his hit on Giroux (on the same shift!) shanny believed Neals excuse on this hit and it's just pathetic. There's nothing accidental about this hit. Watch the last angle, Neal is locked on him right? from the start. Brace for contact by jumping into the guys nose? Riiiight
