He went in as a fat little kid and boot camp made him a lot different in just 8 weeks or whatever it was, And he became a man in the Navy too. Today he has his own family and is doing great. It's more complicated than just "balancing a budget." Balancing the budget requires either cutting spending or raising taxes, but those things? are not necessarily good for the economy. When the economy is in bad shape like it is now, the govt either needs to cut taxes or do some spending. Obama tried doing both. The downside is a huge deficit... if he had tried another way, the deficit might have been smaller, but our economy might be in worse shape.

I don't blame the right for demonizing the president and the democrats during an election year, but what they have been doing for the past four years is wrong. The past two years have been the most unproductive under this congress. The first? two were the most productive.
