Dr Handelman does a great job of lining up some of the details on this vid - it's so interesting how so many are making potentially counterproductive assessments based upon appearances rather than how the brain actually works. Medications behave very predictably if you don't have other biomedical problems standing in the way of how they can work effectively. Great job Dr H, keep up the good work, the more we can help the public? understand the real science, the meds will become more predictable.

ritalin doesnt make you more intelligent, but it helps you to make the best out of you... it makes you successfull and gives you the energy to live your life. for me, its a help. i was always unable to learn for long and so my grades werent good, even though i am intelligent. ritalin makes me do, what i really wanted but i never had the energy for... it makes me work for my dreams and i am thankfull for it... ritalin is not like a? drug... its the opposite. for me its a gift =)
