Good teaching but you dont want to assume that some people understand some of the concepts you are teaching. Sometime people want to learn from absolute scratch and when you assume they know certain concepts then they might get frustrated and? not learn the content.

Actually what happens is that when the object is flying away is much more susceptible to air resistance and that most of the times is the reason for the the variations we usually see outdoors with bigger objects. Theoretically, we consider that the? only force applied on the object is the gravity which is approximately 9.8 N. But do not forget that if there wasn't air resistance, even a plane or a feather would crash in the ground at the same time and velocity.

The footage was recorded with each frame taken 1 millionth of a second apart from the next--not that the playback is showing us 1 million fps. If the playback we are watching is 20 fps and the frames were recorded at a rate of 1 million/second then you expect to see the bullet moving about half a millimeter in the real world from one frame to the next (using 1400 ft/s as a typical bullet speed). That looks about what we see in? the videos, so yeah, it is a 1 million frame per second recording.

The pressure at the bottom is the same from each side. the total mass doesn't matter at all. think of it this way, if it did you could submerge the bottom half of this flask in water so the top of the cup and the tuber are cut off at the water line. If this worked? you'd end up with a fountain. The one shown in the video most likely has an impeller at the base of the cup which would explain why the fluid takes time to start and starts off clear before changing to green.

I'm gonna build one and see what I can do with small time parts. The other thing I could do is make the cone pressurize the water a bit more by messing with angles to see if it has an effect or not. In an outdoor scenario water could simply be? replaced by rain as it evaporates if it rained enough. I think the first one is the only one that could be modified with clever thinking so that it would generate some harvestable energy. Using something that lets in the ocassional air bubble to push extra water up periodically. That would not violate laws since we'd be using? air's natural tendency to go up. Combine that with one of those water things they use on farms to use gravity to twist a gear and dump it down into the bottom. That could make enough electricity to make a bubble + a little more

there's this cool thing you can do with a candle if? you take a new candle and light it and leave it lit for a little bit then lit a match and blow the candle out and hold the lit match near the smoke from the candle the wick will relight without the match touching it. I think that would look cool in slow mo.
