I've been using keepvid.com for aaaaaages and have never had problems with it! But now everytime I go on their site and paste a URL and click download, it automatically shuts down the browser,the website,everything. Hey, this vid was made in 2009 by? the way. Usually when you go to the site a window will pop up and it will say click "run". Then it should show you your qualities, usually 3-4. Then you click on one (not right click) and it should bring up a window asking where you want to save the file to. Never change the format the default/standard format the site has setup will be compatible in WMM.
