When you? have absolutely no idea what to write about print out some journal prompts and it will help you get started. I also cut out things from magazines that I like and stick them in or I do a newspaper article page where I stick in articles that I found interesting. It keeps my journal being fun so I never get bored of it. Just be creative:)

I'm 17 now, but I started writing in my journal, not diary, sinc I was about 13 or 14. At first I wrote about dreams then slowly I started to write about life and less about dreams because my dreams were coming to life. I SO SO SO encourage people young or old to write journals. I've seen my writing skills improve in just a matter of? years and am quite amazed how awful I used to write. This is such an inspiration, thank you.

Im 15. Just write anything you want! It can be lists,story ideas,? poems, your thoughts, or random things. I find it hard to journal every single day, so I just do it when something comes to my mind. You're free to write anything you want because it's your journal :) Hope this helps.

Wow. That's a ton of information ya got there! I've? been keeping more of a diary for 3 and almost four years now. Christmas 2011 was my 1000th day with a diary and currently it is 621 pages long. I include pictures, drawings and of course a ton of writing.

I love my journal. I think its a wonderful thing to keep. Gives you a place to just think in peace and reflect on your day. I've kept one since I was in fourth grade and? now I am in highschool. Even now I laugh at memories. He's right you'll be glad you kept one :)

When I was younger I would always start diaries but would give up or forget after a while. I did manage to fill 2 journals with favorite quotes, and was even able to keep a diary for most of 8th grade before I read back and realized? how extremely childish I sounded, thereafter abandoning it in repulsion. Now I keep a journal that consists of basically anthing I feel the need to write down, including angsty poetry and rants, lists, quotes and things to remember... I'm quite pleased with it ^-^

Thank you, I needed this for my accounting class. I'm barely in High School, there teaching us about accounting, but the teacher is horrible at teaching, accounting. No one understands him, he teaches all accounting stuff, but he goes to fast. All of the debit and credit steps, and even doing the journals, it takes him 30 minutes, to help us, then he let us work on them on our own. We? didn't even understand a thing. It took me a whole semester to learn accounting.

Do people realize what the private health insurance industry is all about? They market themselves as an industry out to help you when you get sick. But in all reality, they're bottom line is to increase their multi-billion dollar profits and deny you coverage when your expenses are taking a toll on their corporate coffers. I guess only when millions of Americans more are becoming bankrupt, sick and being denied coverage, will they learn that the private health insurance? industry needs to go.

I have some of the best health insurance available, as a union member. If I want to? see a specialist, I have to wait 6 weeks, unless I want to settle for a bad doctor, like those who have Wellpoint or Aetna... they have to wait a long time too and my insurance would move me ahead of them in line. Wellpoint and the other innsurance companies have accountants vetoing the orders of doctors. We don't hear about that from the Republicans and their employers in the insurance industry.

are the journals ever going to happen? they have mentioned them in passing on twitter, but other than that, nothing. they need to stop suggesting they are going to do amazing things, and then not do it. it's? not cool. in an interview at the beginning of 2011 tom specifically said they were going to come to North America, and did that happen? no. neither did most of the things they promised about the SC. very disappointed. did not renew my pioneer subscription.

This was a great video, and there's a lot of truth to it. I can't tell you? how many of my own problems I worked through just by writing them down. I'm able to see where I'm thinking in circles, where I'm being unfair, and sometimes the idea for how to fix the problem just jumps out at me. Can someone please explain how journaling can help someone with adhd. I've had it for years and I started journaling and it's helped a lot to keep my mind clear. I've been thinking of doing something like this for some time now, this video has given me a push to maybe actually start writing it. Mine will be a text document though, i write close to 10x faster on the computer than longhand (typically 500-700? keystrokes pr minute), and it's both more secure and portable (except for travels without computers).

I only wish I knew where they all went!? My guess is that an uncle (whom I haven't seen since 1999) got most of that stuff after my grandfather died. I think he was pretty pissed at my grandmother for keeping my granddad alive when he had cancer, instead of letting him die in peace. So he hasn't spoken to the family since. :(
