Public schools here in New York State, not in NYC, are starting to collapse. Sad that students are getting caught in this but eventually they will be world class. I live in a VERY rural school district that is on the verge of going bankrupt. But they have amped up education SO MUCH that it would look silly to close a school that has such? great learning.
