i saw him play. against japanese teams, and against the '68 cardinals and the '71 orioles. he was truly a great player,? but to be honest when the world series teams came over to play they would dominate the japanese league back then. they would play japanese all stars and win handily. i'll never forget because american pitchers would consistently throw at oh's knee, he had that classic high knee kick. i saw pat dobson throw a no hitter against oh's giants.

yeah, you have a good point but Katrina destroyed almost all of New Orleans and affected places as far away as CANADA (yes CANADA) and 9/11 just destroyed 2 buildings (i think maybye 1 or 2 other buildings had minor damage but im not sure) despite it killing 2,977 people which is ABOUT up to 1000 more than Katrina (the Katrina death toll was impossible to get exactly right so? its not exactly known). The only reason crosby was able to do that was because he played baseball growing up...hitting a home run in batting practice is actually pretty easy for anybody who grew up playing baseball and hasn't been away from the sport for very long. Hockey takes a lot of talent, but baseball is? the hardest North American sport. Statistics say the hardest in the world but I'm not going to be ignorant.
