I think this is Eddie McGee, on vocals for TOP. IMO,? by far their worst lead singer. I don't know what the guys were thinking with this Cat. He sounded like chalk on a black board. I think so. Not his exact style, but his anti-guitar-hero way of playing. Verlaine and Edge (and Will) practice a certain economy of notes. I've read interviews with Edge where's he's stated that he treats notes as if they are really expensive, so he only plays what he can afford--what the song calls for. I? love that.
