I dont know? if I have tennis or golfers elbow or something else. I lift a lot of heavy weights at the gym pretty regularly. However, I find that when I try to do an over the head tricept extension using a dumbell, my elbow just collapses. I also notice it when I do close grip bench press. I can also notice it when I simply extend my arm out not even using weights. I had xray and they didnt show anything. help. I cant get rid of it cause Im not even sure what it is

uhm im a tennis? player, i got golf elbow.since 2 days ago and it hurts alot when i hit the forehand and serve but there seems to be no problem with my backhand.... and i got a big tournament in 1 day.... what should i do.. play the tournament or withdraw ?
