Hey. how to unscrew a lightbulb, first wear gloves because if the bulb breaks you'll? have to go to a hospital for stitches, they don't give you stitches to take home, well you take them home to use for later when you've done all your bulbs, i once screwed a bulb in too tight ( one of them curly ones ) did you know that curly ones dont get hot like a normal bulb so you don't need your gloves on really, well you could if you wanted to and then go do some gardening i spose.

HEY.? did you know a rabbit has big hind feet so he can sit and eat at the same time, but only weeds that is because weeds grow higher than grass so he has to nibble things slowley until he is full, some rabbits are never full so they nibble at anything close, why run arround empty when the weeds are handy ? rabbits by the way can run faster than a horse if he is scared maybe.

There are better examples of "good"? golfers that use the interlock. Tiger is just an average pro golfer now. That's all I meant by it. He's hit more golf balls than we've had hot dinners, so I reckon he might just have a clue. Imagine two dowl rods sticking up out of the ground the same height as you are and outside and just behind your pinky toe. You need to make your backswing and down swing inside that area. Your target side hip will touch and press the forward dowl 6 to 8 inches toward the target. Weight transfers from? the inside right foot at the top to inside left foot first, then you swing through. it's not even really "spine angle". it's turning your shoulders how he describes, as well as having your shoulders be parallel to the clubshaft. if you hold a club straight out in front of you, shaft lying level to the ground and toe pointing straight up, the only way to swing and keep the club level to the ground is if your shoulders turn level too. Since you bend over, your shoulders must still turn "level",? but in the sense that you are turning level while bent over.

Yup, spine angle is the major key wiithout a doubt. When I start to hit poorly and do other bad things I just go back to maintaining good spine angle that fixes most of it. Spine angle fixes so many of the other tips like.. keep? your head down, stay in the shot, clear the hips, swing plane, etc. All of that happens automatically when you maintain proper spine angle. Now... if I could just figure out how to maintain spine angle consistantly.... Lol

Wow. No. Just no. Tour players don't start the swing with just the hips anymore. They drop the hands and clear the hips at? the same time. Super g proved that. So you're wrong there. And keeping the right shoulder back while leading with the lower body will create a flip hook, proved by biomechanics and Ben Hogan. Where are you getting this shit from? You're so wrong its crazy.

I recently had a lesson before watching this and lowered my send to be on plane with my shoulders this easily added 15-20 teddy in my ave drive going from 240-250 to 260-270 still git loads to improve on but its helped.me get to more par 5 in 2 and short irons into long par 4s I'm a 9hcp?

What i would like to know is why everybody is using the club to describe the swing plane. The plane of the swing has to be in relationship to your body rotation. If you have? a one plane action the shoulder and hip rotation are workin gon the same plane. The explanation the guy has given is great he covers all aspects. One thing i would like to say is this.....why when somebody has an opinion different to your own are they suddenly a "bad" golfer or a once a week golfer????

hi susan, hope u've improved since this vid. my thoughts are ur shoulders alignment not in line with your feet. at address put the club across ur shoulder/chest and compare alignment at ur toes is parallel, back swing tempo is good, go easy on the downswing and finish off comfortably with balance (don't over? stretch or extend). lean forward a tiny bit (driver too), bring ur hands closer to body (ensure arms are hanging down straight and not reach for the ball). keep improving & enjoy ur golf.

Hey Paul....absolutely love your videos...I think I've seen every single one of them. My issue is when I practice my golf swing and in the park without a ball and I take perfect divets and I feel my swing is really good. When I get to the driving range? and put a ball in front of me...I tense all up, top the ball, sky the ball....I've been having this issue for a long time and have tried everything to solve this issue. I don't believe that I'm projecting. I used body release because I didn't want to say CP release, push release or any of the terms that people use for that style of motion. Nelson, Snead, and Hogan all had swings that used a delivery path that? went inside and exited to the left --- Opposed to a Phil Mickelson swing that has an out to the right delivery path. You can snap your hands in any release style.

I never thought I'd? see anybody who could give Jack a run for his ability not to three-putt and to make just about every four- and five-footer for an entire tournament, but Woods did. And Snead swore Hogan was a _great_ putter in his prime, unlike the image most people had of him toward the end of his great career.

To be fair, Nelson's stunning career was a short one. The truth is, almost every great player who lasted over decades went through at least some degree of change in his swing (Snead is a notable example to the contrary). But for the most part, the very best didn't completely change their entire concept of the swing. Nicklaus, for example, made some adjustments in 1980 while still holding to his original fundamentals, and? then readjusted a few years later (before the '86 Masters).

You're projecting your own idea of body release onto players who talked regularly about swinging their arms and snapping their hands with? a definite release. It's important not to overread the movement of "the body" (the torso, mainly) as driving rather than supporting the action (often misstated as "following" the action). I think guys like Grout and Nicklaus had this about right: It's really a matter of all parts working in a coordinated manner.

I agree that Nelson's swing is more natural to perform. Amazingly so, Nelson, Hogan, and Snead all used the same kind of body release through the swing.? I'm more of a Jack style golfer, but I deeply admire the body release of those players.

One of the problems beginners experience, is their backswing is too fast. Your backswing can be super slow and does not? change your power or accuracy, so practive pausing at the top of your swing. The other mistake is "jabbing" at the ball, whereby you pull out of that follow through. Therefore you are relying on your hand speed to generate ball speed.

Many players will, but this just goes to show you there is often more than one way to be successful with a golf swing. The "stack and tilt" players come to mind as they don't really do any shifting into the back leg on backswings. Players with flatter swings and rotary trunk turns like a Matt Kuchar generally won't shift? much into back leg either. This actually keeps it simple to drive back into left side on forward swing. I do think Bill sometimes gets too far forward on downswings though.

not sure i would recommend much of this swing to anyone. Bill is a world class athlete with the flexibility of a contortionist. but most people would struggle to work with that straight right knee, across the line position at the top of his swing, and overall loss of shape. i think even he struggles with consistency because of these issues. but great? talent and enjoyable video!

There's certainly a timing relationship there. Think about landing a solid punch. You don't want your trailing hip to? fire completely before the punch lands, and you don't want your arm fully extended before landing it either. With Bill Haas and most great ball strikers like Ben Hogan, they get the right forearm very low moving into a sidearm hitting action with right elbow typically right in front of right hip and riding it to the ball. The hip and arm mesh & fire through it.

I wanted to ask does a lot of the power generated come from the relationship? of the right hip and hands at contact? It seems like my most compressed shots come when i have this feeling at impact. If the swing WORKS for the player, that's ALL that matters. I'd help people sometimes with their swing issues because they were amazed at how a 5'6" guy could roast it 300+ off the tee and consistently off the fairways. I told them, forget the lessons, the expensive clubs, the high-priced balls.Get to the range and find something that allows them to use the same swing for all clubs and if they make square contact most of the? time, stay with it and work with it and to hell what anyone else says.

What you say about him dipping his head and shortening the distance to the ball... If he matches this? with moving his hips backwards slightly, the distance is maintained and he has a flatter swing. This compression into the ground gives extra power doesn't it? I'm no expert, but I've noticed this about powerful hitters. If he stopped dipping his head do you think he would lose power? Thanks.

I don't buy into all of the hype with the stack and tilt because of its limited control over trajectory but it works fairly well here in Oklahoma where it is very common to play rounds with 30 to 40 miles per hour sustained winds. I find if you stay back a little more than they suggest your ball flight comes out fine.?
