They did do some good, including land redistribution. But they also did? a lot of evil. They quickly turned on their partners in the "multi-party" front that fought Somoza. Some were jailed and others fled the country. The revolution's greatest hero, Eden Pastora, took up arms against the FSLN. Other contras came from several native tribes that were brutally displaced by the Sandinistas. Look, I hate Wall St. too, but let's not use it to excuse human rights abuses by the FSLN.

In Nicaragua, the US imposed an arms embargo on its old ally Somoza and pressured him to leave. After he fled, the US recognized the new FSLN govt. and pledged an aid package that made the US the largest aid donor to the Sandinista regime. The contras were not funded until - 1982 long after the FSLN had squeezed out moderates and cast its lots with the USSR.

here in the U.S. the perception of Latinos comes greatly from out southern neighbor, Mexico. And if I'm correct Mexico is one of the least diverse countries in Latin America, not a bad thing, it just is what it is. That is why you only see brown/mestizo/spanish in regards to latinos. Não acho que utilizemos exatamente os mesmos recursos, porque isso implicaria em algo muito mais amplo que "a cota". Acredito que o que é feito aqui é fruto de uma luta de uma minoria que na verdade seria uma maioria, o preconceito enraizado, portato mais profundo? e menos solúvel por medidas pragmáticas só valida o que eu já vinha dizendo...a coisa tá feia, muito mais feia por aqui. definetly! I've flown recently with airbus A380 double decker plane and many other new series airbuses but none of them compare in flight comfort or assembly and research for eye friendly details such as boeing. and I'v been flying for 20 years now... flown DC10's , which have been the worlds most "deadly" aircrafts, dc-9 and relative newer versions such as md 80's, and so on you name it ! I simply feel more secure and at ease? in boeings.

They're FBW equipment and I don't trust it, for? more than one reason. A320 series forward and 777 series forward are not worth their mettle as aircraft, they're efficient, that's about it, they're not great "aircraft" per se.

For the record, no relatives or friends of mine are employees of either company. I am a current airline pilot flying the CRJ. I don't see that Airbus is much worse or better than Boeing. By the time the fuselage is at a point where a human body? can exit the airframe and from a crash such as this the engines are no longer running, that is for sure. Also, you seem to have no understanding of turbine engine construction. While it is possible for a bird to be minced by an engine and pass through the bypass portion of an engine I don't think one has ever passed through tbe compressors and burner cans. Also a bird weighs considerably less than a human.
