Dvd and blu ray suck because they hardly ever offer? audio in stereo 2 channel its always 5.1 which sounds very bad and un-levelled when coming out of a television. Most of time I, like most people just use the tv speakers rather than always using surround.

This guys inspire me, everytime I need inspiration I look at this, for any type of training, no matter is it condition or strength training, they are beasts and crazy! I am trying to build up muscles but with condition trainings so I can be beast which can runn, climb, jump, hit, crush... Thx for all the best for inspiration! (P.S.? I am also training muay thai but want to mix it with Ground and Pound and wrestling so I need to have body mass builded in a way to be able to spinn, rotate, jump..)

That's got to be one of the biggest myths going around about Bodybuilding. Those really muscular guys are pretty darn flexible. Many? can do the splits both ways. Many can touch far below their toes with straight legs. Many can have their elbows touch each other from behind their heads etc etc. Muscle does NOT impair flexibility.

I now live in the mountain of West Virginia and there is a lot of streams around here and I figured it's time to expand my fishing horizons. After watching this video several times, and seeing how coordinated he was and how quickly he moved at age 47, I can only imagine how quick his reflexes were when he was younger. well, it depends on why you want to put it on a CD. If you want to? make an 'old school' VCD (that can play on a stand alone DVD player) then you'll have to do a little research on how to do that, since I never do that. If you want to play that CD on a Xbox360 or a PS3, then you can use Handbrake to create a .M4V file that'll play on the Xbox360, PS3 and even your iPhone/iPod Touch. I have a video about Handbrake. For a VCD, the video quality is pretty shitty, so beware, it might not even work

All depends on what you are trying to do. If you're trying to burn a .avi file to a DVD, you'll need a DVD authoring program that'll read that file? type and have to correct codecs to burn it to DVD. This video will not help you with using .avi files

Once you decrypter using DVD Decrypter and then run those files through? DVD Shrink, you shouldn't need to run those programs again in order to make more copies of the DVD. Just burn the ISO that DVD Shrink created to a blank DVD using Windows Image Burner (or Nero or Roxio) and you should be good to go.

Sounds like you are trying to save the files directly to the C:? drive. You need to change your save directory to a folder somewhere on your C: drive or even to the desktop. Vista and Windows 7 try to protect the C: drive from getting files saved to it.
