actually, i've been lifting weights myself for about 2 months as well, i'm not going full out bodybuilder but i want to put on a few pounds, try some chlorella or spirulina, they're packed full of protein, most fruit n veg are full of protein too, especially greens like spinach and kale and brocoli or asparagus, nuts are really high in protein too. i've also been using hemp protein powder as well to try and get my intake up a bit, it's? 100% raw hemp with no additives... cont

Bill, I am sorry I can't help you but I am sure that diet can't hurt. I would also read, read, read all I could about diet and ALS, that is how I found out about this diet. Pretty pathetic that I had to heal myself by reading "self help" health books. Interestingly, I noticed that the Mayo Clinic is recommending a similar diet for those with Parkinson's disease. But as oil? production crashes, the carbon sink will eat the atmospheric carbon literally over night and without the CO2 pollution being constantly renewed, ice age WILL OCCUR and VERY SOON.

The night time air in the summer in Vermont is literally freezing, the whole season? long. Same thing in Rhode Island even a couple years ago. The switch has ALREADY been flipped. Essentially the methane is trapped for use as fuel by these methane capture projects.People COULD though be developing their own methane gas production very easily. You just build what's called a digester. Water testing for viturally any kind of chemical is ridicualously easy. Why nobody is doing this and simply producing sceintific evidence demonstrating a tainted water supply is beyond me. EVERYONE has access to the water supply, and ANYONE can EASILY send water into a Lab to find toxic chemicals. I won't argue but the comic, (and to a far less extent) film and music are crying out and ode to the suffering that James O'Barr suffered. Goth is a subculture? that has no content in the colour of clothing but to a whole lifestyle choice. The movie and music has no fuckin' relevance to the subculture. Go look it up.
