1000 bucks? what kind of overpriced shop are you finding these from? Also, if you're? saying "pc" you're referring to macs aswell. as a mac technically a pc. Also most macs cost twice as much as a windows pc. yeah i will be the first to admit that i was wrong about apple, I'm not trying to change everyone's mind and make them buy apple, that won't happen and diversity in the market is good business. based on my preference XP is a better design, then they fucked it all up with vista and windows 7, in my opinion of course.?

"Anything else is just trash"..? I believe 7 to be superior to XP and e.g. most Linux operating systems are certainly not trash. I don't think that I'll miss privately using the Apple ecosystem...

Thats because i tried one... that doesn't make me a hypocrite. i fell in love with my MBP, and pc may be able to run a bunch of OS, but i only want XP and OSX lion. anything else is just trash. i respect PCs but people buy them and miss a whole lot of? things that mac can offer.

You hated Macs, but you bought one anyway? Sounds kind of hypocritical to me. What's "their OS"? There are? a lot of operating systems a PC can run, not only Windows. My Apple PC (an MBP) currently runs three ? unfortunately not possible via "BootCamp" so some tinkering was required. I'm happy to be (at least I hope so) that all that Apple marketing didn't influence me too much into retrospectively arguing in favor of my decision. I wonder what my next laptop might be...

Actually, PC's are also used for video editing on a rather large scale. Hell, my college is buying at least 5 new computers for their editing suites in the? broadcasting section. They've opted to go with PC's outfitted with the Adobe Production Premium Suite, rather than Macs. The use of a computer in the editing world is per edit-house. There is no mantra saying that Mac has any exclusive rights to this field. At all.
