was laberst du für einen müll? Er ist? zwar in Göttingen geboren, aber natürlich ist er in seiner kindheit nach bochum gezogen und hat auch dort die Schule besucht. Das Gymnasium am Ostring. Ist alles in seiner Biografie nachzulesen. Warum sollte er auch sonst so ein Lied produzieren? Gruss aus Bochum-Hofstede !

Hier wirde lediglich das marode? Aussehen im Stil der 60er bemängelt und die große Studentenanzahl. Dennoch bleibt die RUB eine gute Uni mit vielen Fakultäten und Möglichkeiten, wir sind nun mal kein Hinterwäldlerkaff in Bayern, wo auf jeden Studenten 30 CSU-Profs kommen.

To understand my "Ran" comparison at 3:00 (see my earlier? comment), you should check out the Youtube movie "Ran" and fast forward to 2:37:49 to see the scene in Ran that uses a similar mise-en-scène method of making the view slightly nervous showing people teetering at the edge of a high wall, but in terms of emotions the two scenes could not be much more different than they already are.

Yes i agree with you? on his voice. I think it fits Ice Earth's kind of music brilliantly. Really cannot wait to hear him sing some of Maatt Barlow's material. It will be interesting to see if his voice does start to falter with age. Because i think Matt was losing some of his range on those songs on his last live cd for Iced Earth i felt uncomfortable listening to some of the high notes.

I can tell you that the guy who said "Ja, das war ein erfolgreicher Tag" is a friend of mine and a huge MK Fan. He has seen more than 50 live concerts of Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler since 1979 und was very happy that Mark hast signed two of his pictures. You may be right for many autograph collectors but for me as the filmer and my good friend you are completely wrong! If you take a look on the other videos of my Youtube channel you will? see that I´m also a huge fan of MK.

I think not even half of the people there have ever listened to one of? his songs. At the end you can hear them say "Ja, das war ein erfolgreicher Tag." "Yeah! That was a successful day." Most of them are only there to collect autographs. Now I know why David Gilmour (of Pink Floyd) doesn't give autographs anymore. Most of them have been on sale on ebay for a lot of money. I am a huge fan of Mark and it just hurts to see that bunch of autograph collectors... -.-

yup. and for bands? when was the last time youve seen a group of young guys make great music? guns n? roses maybe? i dont know for sure im just throwing an example off the top of my head. but now its all music put out by the same 4 big companies just to try and make money towards certain target audiences. i dont think music will ever be the same. at least theres the few of us who will keep it alive

Rock has shot itself in the foot. Bands like 3 Days Grace? and Nickelback are what is ruining rock music, Bieber and Gaga have no impact on rock's popularity. In fact I'd rather listen to pop than Nickelback. Look at the 80s and the success metal had and how much pop was out then at the same time. I like James but I think Dave is better, there's no one like Dave either. James' riffs are harder to follow, Dave's riffs require more dexterity, it's a toss-up. the biggest difference is that Dave was a way better riff creator in the 90s. And we're not talking personalities.lol That's beside the point. On that note I respect Dave because he is trying harder to be a better person than he was when he was a kid.? Dave actually plays pretty clean these days. And during the RIP tour he did too.

they're great guitarist but the more i listened to dave the more i wished it wouldnt be so sloppy you know what i mean? the god of rhythm guitar has to go to hetfield. no one like him. if we wanna get into personalities kirk wins. dave was in indianapolis last night and i met him and he was a complete douche.? so my look on dave kinda changed

You're speaking strictly of leads, I'm talking all around. Dave is a better player than either? because he's an absolute wizard of a rhythm guitarist and still an amazing lead player which can't be said about anyone else in thrash(save Gary Holt, good as he is, none of his solos are memorable), and rhythm guitar skill is not a given. Few guys can write riffs like Dave. In the early Dave had way more variety than Kirk. Wake up Dead, My Last Words, Bad Omen, Lucretia etc, Dave changed it up a lot.

Yeah, it kinda sucked. But I don't think he was out of tune or rhythm. And he was improvising, maybe just not too well, kinda went? off the scale too much. Yeah, Kirk had his time back in 1984-1988. And even then, he wasn't good live. He's never been. And I think it's extremely rare to see Dave fucking up his own solos. By the way, Dan Spitz, what a guy!

Lol dude, with all the respect to him, that solo fucking sucked, even I could have improvised something better than that. He played in a completely unsuitable scale and was out off tune and wasn't even in the same rhythm as the drummer. I mean if you pay a tribute to a great artist, play it right. If you can't don't play at all. But again, it doesn't matter, we all know it was just a bad day for? him. Same with Kirk, you have performances when he kicks ass, and some that he doesn't.

Now, that wasn't a fail. He played his own solo, instead of Dimebag's. You may? not like the solo, I also prefer Dimebag's, but someone fails when he's not able to play his own solos properly. They're all metal legends, but I'm actually suprised Kirk got to be one. He's lucky, and he's done a lot with the talent he has, but I'd say he doesn't belong in Metallica or Exodus, but in a smaller band. Just my opinion, I'm not trying to teach you anything. Just 4 the record, I love Spitz too xD
