i? just did this plyometric stuff this morning in my gym and i did both left right and both leg and i did with 2 different platforms to work on landing and explosion when touch ground. but i have a question, my left leg is not a lot but a bit weaker than my right. this is not because it is my weaker leg its because of an injury which is at the end of recovery, i just need to ask how to strengthen individual legs with out putting too much pressure on the knee?

there's actually some wrong info in what you said too. high reps (around 15+) typically don't build as much muscle as the general hypertrophy range of 8-12. just as this, very low rep ranges tend not to build muscle size as best too as they're aimed primarily towards? NEURAL and myofibrillar adaptation to strength----not an increase in cell size. although, mass gain usually occurs simply as a result of caloric surplus, meaning size gain can happen in all three rep ranges, but some are better.
