By: masoudorg. on 20 May 12, 04:37:37
I agree? with some? of the comments here, there is actually no mention of the 2 processes and the cons pros of each. It is a marketing hype. Well I'll keep looking for real unbiased articles videos for comparison of both.

What a waste. ? White backgrounds and cheesy music with no substance. Pure garbage.
By: Hamarstrom. on 17 May 12, 19:57:03
To say something is? a comparison, to say it is "Agile vs. Waterfall", and not even mention that the uploader is obviously biased, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This isn't a comparison - this is propaganda. And I don't care if the agile method really is all that much better; bias should still be noted, regardless.
By: A1Sirius. on 15 May 12, 06:01:37
This video gives very little insight into the actual process of using the two methods.? The music was no help, At the end of it I started to look for other titles on the subject. When that happend I decided to write this comment because this video is not very helpful. I seldom dislike on videos but the team behind this one needs this feedback. You can do better, maybe you should use an apropriate method when you plan and create your videos?

By: Frozencum. on 20 Apr 12, 06:46:14
If that's how agile is running on your company then your company sucks big time. In every project there is requirements. Now, if the client wish to change anything from requirements then that is subject for 'change of request'. When agile sprint start, changing of what was discussed during sprint planning? must not be changed. Changes will be pushed on to the next sprint.
By: bblackmoor. on 20 Apr 12, 01:48:07
This is a huge lie. "Agile" is just management/marketing buzz-speak? for "do what I am asking for right now, and stop asking for requirements". Agile methodology is a recipe for failure.

Cheap propaganda! A? video full of lies and mistifications.
By: argangediv. on 02 Apr 12, 11:44:24
The one time I thought out? a project completely gave me one of the best results. I spent 6 months designing; 3 months coding and virtually no time fixing design flaws. Debugging was minimal < 1 month and the code was the least buggy of the whole system. It pay to think and plan before you begin.

Hello Kate!?
By: DaveZiffer. on 17 Feb 12, 05:02:17
Yeah right. All this bad stuff is inherent to waterfall (including the golf). I've never worked on a successful Agile project. Waterfall has been pretty much? a slam-dunk every time. People who think about what they do before doing it tend to be successful. Waterfall is like having a blueprint before you build a house. Agile is like just hiring contractors and telling them to go at it.
