I am also a big fan of Matt's voice, I think its distinctive, suits the music well, and has personality (it reminds me A LOT of the singer from Interpol) but truly and honestly, he doesn't sing with much emotion. But that's part of his style, a calm, almost deadpan voice with? little emotion or variation in the melodies he sings but really thats fine by me. Taking what I just wrote into account, you can understand why Blondieney would think that he could do more with his vocals.

Well, I'm kind of an asshole so yeah, I come off that way lol. I honestly meant I was disappointed because I haven't found a song by them that I REALLY like enough. Other than that I think they sound way too depressing and I've listened to some introverted? shit in my day. The reason I watched this video is because I read Sufjan did back up vocals. The first one is How To Get Your Lover Back by Blase Harris M.D. A very good self help book. The other is His Needs Her Needs by Willard Harly Jr. Just read the His Needs part.
