To the original question, I've only watched Floyd since the Gatti fight, and from what I heard, he was already out of his prime lol. But even so, I was mesmerized how he made it look so easy, he had free-flowing combinations and was very offensively effective, but he didn't neglect his defense at all. keep in mind all fighters take tune-ups usually at some point during their career...Mayweather is the best fighter in the game...a tune up for him? is Ortiz where as Marquez would need a much lesser opponent for a tune up...Marquez fought Diaz twice...Diaz is a cake-walk for Mayweather...Mayweather can make elite fighters look like tune-ups...You can't really compare Mayweather to anyone in terms of how they pick tune up fights...Mayweather is the best...Marquez is one hell of a fighter as well
