I think the whole reason that Slendy isn't in it a whole lot is to keep us on out toes and actually surprise us when? he does make an appearance. The fact that no one really talks about him is because of his influence. Memory loss, etc. You need to consider that this isn't a movie solely about slendy, it's more than that, this is plot and character development.

But ARK comes up everywhere, and coincidently, that's Alex's initials. But totheark is alex, simply because he doesn't run away from Slenderman when encountered. I don't think the "S" in this video and in Program is an S at all. I think it is the Greek letter ? which is the lowercase, final-letter version of Sigma. By final-letter, I mean when Sigma? is the last letter of a word.

Pretty sure it's YAMA. And the tapes usually? stay in order except for a few exceptions. Check out MH's website. They provide a pretty good chronology for the Entries. It gets pretty confusing in terms of order around 38.

One thing ToTheArk does a lot of in his puzzles is reverse things and/or multiply values. The 5 is upside down, so it could mean you have to do something to it in order to decode the message. You can't reverse a 5, but you can multiply and divide it. Multiply it x2, and you get 10,? which alphanumerically equals J, which speaks for itself. The strange binary that flashes equals "YAMA" which a Hindu god of death. "Bleed more" probably refers to Alex's bleeding in the last entry.

He made the images, yes. However, he never really posted a story about the Slender Man and people had reportedly heard about? something extremely similar before all of that came about. Most famously was Der Großmann or 'The Tall Man' in English, which was of German heritage. A kind of 'boogeyman' to scare kids. Similar things reported in Slovakian legend and such. The name came from 4chan though, I read the Something Awful forum and they all knew immediately who it was, it didn't come from there.
