Dude...really? have you ever lifted? It is way more accurate? to do a 1 rep max than a rep max....both heavy weight (less reps) and lighter weight (more reps) are important when building muscle, but when maxing out, a 1 rep max is a...ugh its not worth my time to explain this simple shit to you.
