First of all...this dog is fear aggressive...this is a behavioral issue that can be corrected. There are dogs that suffer from neurological disorders. Cocker Spaniels? for example are prone to rage syndrome (cocker spaniels are known for this). I have dealt with 2 dogs in my career that have been neurologically unsound (pit mastiff mix and Anatolian Shep. mix). This pit, is NOT neurologically unsound...the Victoria dog...was, and the safest and most humane thing was to put him down.

Cesar has never used aggression towards dogs.. You clearly have never watched his show since he ALWAYS talks? about CALM ASSERTIVE ENERGY. He never kicks, or hits dogs either. He uses his hand to resemble a quick bite to the dog, and he uses his foot rarely to deliver a firm touch which breaks the dogs intense focus. Using aggression to stop aggression does not work.? All it does it make the dog fear. All Casar does is kick, hit and SH at dogs to get the results he wants, which is to make them fear him and cower, thus ignoring what they were interested in. He's a terrible trainer, and it seems to me only dumb or aggressive people actually advocate his methods in the first place.

Aggression stems from fear or anxiety. Benjy was not aggressive towards children. He simply lacked boundaries from his owner. Plus, other dogs from his breeder showed neurological disorders (a symptom of which is unexplained aggression). There were many signs that Benjy had a neurological condition that no kind of training could mend. I would never let af person like Cesar Millan touch my dog. Is training i based on fear and he does? not understand the dogs body language at all. And I can understand why he have to poke the dog? All dogs has thing that they don't like or fear, and some dogs never gets over that. But one thing that does not help any one here is to train the dog by poking, threating and getting the dog in situations where it has no control.

He also fails to realize that some service dogs have to be able to work off leash due to their owner's health issues and for all we know, this dog could be a service dog. But maybe he does know this because after all, he's the great expert who doesn't seem to be able to even read dog body language correctly, given his assessment. I also have more sense and tact than to call an owner out like that and insult the owner/handler's methods THEN turn around and get bent out of shape when called out on it by another trainer. I agree with you, she is a joke. As I have stated before not one dog has made it to compete in top level obedience competitions that is "purely positive" trained. That alone speaks for itself. Most of? the high ranking dogs were trained using a combination of positive reinforcement and positive punishment. Balanced trainers are the best, those who keep an open mind and understand that every dog needs to be trained differently, unlike these one trick ponies we see.

I don't see the issue here. The dog is ignoring all distractions, is very focused? on his owner/trainer, and is doing advanced training. It's likely the dog has excellent recall. The gun looks to be a prop, and two cars in the whole video is not a "busy" road.

I have one point and one question. Point- Anyone "training" their dog in? the road should not own one because they are a hazard tho themselves and the dog, not to mention other dogs in the area. Put the dog? in a hazardous situation under the guise of "training?" Training a dog unleashed on the side of a busy road is arrogant and disrespectful to the dog. I could NEVER respect a trainer who so blithely puts his dog in danger. You may have a leash attached for "safety," but you are fooling yourself if you think you can get to that leash in time if that dog bolts. You are also violating the leash laws of your community.

Con relación a Comparar a Pedro con otros lanzadores y ojo(comparar sus mejores años, porque se que otros tienen mejores números acumulados) en cualquier momento lo hacemos y ya veras.
