5:40 He says 12-14 inches in the next 100 years which is 50% greater than it was 20 years ago. So over the last 20 years it would have been rising at a rate around 6-7 inches per? 100 years. So over the last 15 years that you've been hearing this "shit" it's risen 7x15/100=1 inch. Which it did, and you haven't noticed. Over the next fifteen it will rise by another 2 inches, assuming that the rate doesn't increase (which it will because people don't want to listen).
