pieces of advices -no need to assist change some brave attack that won't break you. -in chase, if you are not confidence yet, use pause button trick to easily know what you should do -Use Rouge Dive after FB, or at least don't guard. And the part that I like: 1:45 good use of attack to block and attack at the same time. 2:00 Good decision to not use EXburst. I am really impressed by this. 2:36 nice? to know you are using assist dodge punishment. You just have to be a little quicker for this.

Well, yea, squall is a ground-base fighter. Living him on the ground means he can do more dangerous attack (such as golden combo and TB combo and stuff.) I just don't really stick to it too much or I will be too predictable, tho. But usually stick? to the ground is better for Squall (thus, the reason why I have another set of vid for "stage with less ground" for you to see since it is basically harder for squall.) Also, the Hard (action) is the No.7 in the list While Maximum is no.9 on the list.

A critique of this battle would leave me inclined to say that? your moves seemed very precise, but a stronger level of AI wouldn't be in the air as much and will be very predisposed to abusing Shield Bash. I agree with picht, though; you're far better than let on over on the Boards.

I must say, I am quite impressed. You did a lot better than what you said in the GameFAQs board. Thought, this Firion is in average setting, the combo you use might works with Hard (action) level already. Of course, Hard(action) will be able to avoid random HP attack you throw at them more than this, tho (unless you tricked it into? guard stance) May be, give it a try? :D
