Yes, Her voice is similar, both artists have the same cute Icelandic accent :)) , but their music is totally different. "Love in the Time of Science" was the one and only record where Emiliana reminded me of Bjork (especially on songs like "Dead Things"). After that, her style changed? into a more acoustic, "organic" sound. You don't hear much Dance/Electronica influences on her recent albums.
