When God the Almighty wants something to happen, He just says "Be!" and it happens. He could make a dead seed blossom? into a full rose by commanding "Be!" but that would not mean He is "minerals in earth". Christians do not believe that God had sex with Mary or something when it say Jesus was begotten.? The difference between Adam and Jesus is that Adam was supposedly created directly from the Earth whereas Jesus was born from a human mother. A woman was physically pregnant with Jesus, something caused her to be pregnant - if you believe this to be God, then that makes God the father of Jesus. Yes, that is exactly right. According to Christian theology, we (all human beings) are all children of God. But most of? us also have an Earthly mother and father, as opposed to Jesus who had no Earthly father. That is why Jesus is called the "only begotten son" of God.
