"More religion based debacles are the most? common." What are you basing this on? your own skewed anecdotal research? the bloodiest wars in history were WWI and WWII. The death toll of the current western-involved conflicts pale in comparison to those wars. And I would point out that only one side of the current aforementioned wars is religiously motivated. regardless, it is wrong to group all religion in with hateful ones. it is the same logic that encourages things like racism.

i didn't say non-religious people don't donate. i simply said that religious people donate more, which is true and evident through a number of statistical research studies. do you think it's just a coincidence that the religious donate more or do you think it might have something to do? with the instilling of a higher moral duty?

More religion based debacles are the most common. Because there is a word for when someone is killed because of his or her religion. The word is martyr, now I'm not saying it's wrong to have a religion or be? religious. But religion should be a private thing not a world wide topic. It blocks real problem solutions. a classic? case of someone blaming symptoms and not the cause. why have you not highlighted the millions of deaths due to political conflicts? should governments not exist then? what about conflicts over resources? should resources not exist? why have you not showcased the good that has come from religioun? what of the sense of morality they can instill? did you know the religious offer more of their time and money to charity than the non-religious? people are corruptible, even the religious ones

it would be nice to see something like this on the mainstream media, but it will never happen, sad. i was born a christian an would love to have faith that it is true, but there is so much hatred in this world from every corner, in my heart i honestly don't know if i could be part of a religion that pushes so? much hate
