It's one of the most divisive subjects in the Christian religion, even though it SHOULD be one of the most clearly defined. Even if you don't want to consider the scriptures I present, then at least consider this: Christ was baptized in Matthew 3:16-17...why WOULDN'T you want to follow the precedent that he set for us?

Don't ask me how I learned to do it. All I know is that I've been able to for as long as I can remember. It's convenient for when I need to free up a hand for that pesky car door. Depending on how popular this video gets, I may try "exercises" to see if I can lift heavier objects.
